We rented a cabin from these guys and let’s just say it was bloody amazing service from start to finish.
I have endured very bad service from this establishment. They do not comply with their own values. When trying to make contact with them about my refund no one would take my calls or reply to my emails. They are the most incompetent company I have ever had to deal with. Please people have a good think about using their services before contacting them. They are definitely not what they say they are and cant deliver on what they say they can.
I have just had my cabin delivered and I couldn’t be happier. The top of the toilet cistern broke in transport, but they replaced it straight away. A pleasure to deal with throughout the process.
