Our company, located in Waitatati just 15 minutes north of Dunedin, is dedicated to crafting high-quality small units and “tiny homes” that are perfect for retirees, workers’ accommodation, sleep-outs, and holiday stays. We have our own draftspersons to take care of all aspects of the design, resource consent, consent, and building processes.

We believe that just because a building is small, it shouldn’t be cheaply constructed.
