Our story began with hours of research into different floor plans, styles, and regulations. We enlisted the help of Dad, a builder, and built our own Tiny House on a trailer. Our design features a contemporary open-plan layout with double lofts inspired by Ollie & Holly’s build. We made it our Show Home so that clients can physically experience the space and see how it differs from a caravan.

We love the flexibility of being able to transport our Tiny House wherever we go, and we offer the same flexibility to our clients. Our homes are fully double-glazed and insulated, ensuring they stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They are available in 8m or 10m L x 3m W sizes and utilize every inch of space to ensure comfort for singles, couples, or small families. They can even sleep up to 6 people, thanks to the custom lounge suite featuring a fold-out sofa bed with additional storage underneath.

At Tiny House Builders, we are committed to ensuring our homes feel as spacious as possible and are built with only the highest quality materials. We keep up with the latest products, materials, and appliances to create modern and luxurious Tiny Homes that you can be proud to call your own.

Our Tiny Homes feature a custom kitchen with enough room for a full-sized fridge, sink, oven, range hood, and even a dish drawer. The high-ceilinged lounge area includes a custom lounge suite and dining area. There is also an option for additional living or sleeping space in the second loft. The lofts can accommodate king, queen, double, or single beds as required. Downstairs, there is a spacious bathroom with a full-sized 900×900 shower, vanity, toilet, and heated towel rail. There is even a semi-laundry area with space for a full-sized washing machine or washer/dryer.
