TTH specializes in crafting custom, high-quality timber cabins that are tailored to your preferences and delivered directly to your property. These cabins, also known as tiny homes, are compact enough to not require any permits, making them the perfect solution for adding indoor space to your existing property without any fuss.

We work closely with our clients from the design process to installation, ensuring that each build is exactly as you envisioned it. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the process, from joinery styles and lighting requirements to interior and exterior finishes. Our commitment to sustainability is evident in our use of recycled wood joinery, which lends a unique character to each tiny timber home. We can also match your existing house if you have a specific look in mind.

All of our cabins come fully finished and ready to use, and we take care of delivery to ensure a smooth process. If required, we can also handle foundation work and offer on-site building options.

TTH was founded in 2013 by Phil Edwards and Alexander Ball, who initially constructed small garden sheds using leftover timber from Ball’s arboriculture business. Since then, the company has grown to deliver bespoke tiny homes to New Zealanders.

Our team comprises Phil Edwards, who has a lifelong passion for building and forestry, Sam Bennet, a qualified plumber and gas engineer with a friendly demeanor, and Callum Goldie, who has a keen eye for detail and over two years of experience with TTH.

To get started, simply send us an email or give us a call. We’ll assess whether the cabin can be delivered or if on-site building is required. From there, we’ll work closely with you to customize every aspect of the cabin, including joinery style, interior and exterior finishes, and more. We’ll handle all foundation work, and a 40% deposit is required to book the work. We oversee delivery day to ensure everything goes smoothly, and we’re always available to make changes throughout the building process.
