We first heard about adding a cabin to your rental property by listening to Ilse from Opes Accelerate on Property Academy podcast. We thought it’d be perfect for one of properties that has a backyard. So we ordered a double bedroom cabin from Titan hoping for the best as we’d never done it before. And we were blown away. We ordered it & it was delivered 4 weeks later! Our rental income increased by $200 a week immediately as the existing family was able to include 2 more family members in the rental agreement. Didn’t have to do any consents or anything. Cabin was perfect, exactly what we asked for. We plan to buy another one from Titan for another property soon!

This is exactly what we needed. We wanted some extra space for an office at our home in Dunedin. We had a difficult space to fit in, so fortunately Taylor created a custom size for us. I’m always hesitant about buying custom sizes as typically they charge you an arm and a leg. Not only was the price cheaper than the alternatives, the quality was amazing. Real solid sliding doors, big windows, nice carpet. Really impressed how they helped us find a solution to our space. Would recommend.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness We needed an extra office space for our home. But we were struggling to find a design that would fit in our backyard while still staying within exception rules. We ended up asking for a custom build through Titan. They responded within an hour with a plan and we ordered a few days after that. really happy with the result and the cost was actually less than their current designs as it was slightly smaller in the end.

The team made the whole process really easy, they were very proactive finding solutions to a tricky site. The cabin was delivered on time and everything was to a really high standard.
