Here is a project for someone creative and handy. Tiny house and trailer. It started with a bunch of ideas around making a tiny house as cheap, small and lite as possible, utilising an existing trailer, but like a lot of great ideas has now been abandoned. The screw jacks allow the trailer to be used while the house is left behind. It is made with 40×50 timber with a combination of 7,9 and 12mm plywood glued, nailed or screwed together with 40mm polystyrene insulation in between. A fold down bed frame has been made with plywood and pine slats. Entering from the back on the left should be a fridge with microwave and shelf above, then a sink and bench etc. On the right should be a toilet and shower. Straight at the back is a fold down bed and there should be a fold down table when the bed is up. But whoever buys this can do what they like. There are no electrics or plumbing. What you see is what you get. Thousands of dollars in materials and countless hours have gone into it. Trailer is road legal. Any questions or if you want to take a look, get in touch, thanks.
